MongoDB \u2014 Shares plunged 23% in extended trading. MongoDB said it sees first-quarter adjusted earnings per share of between $1.15 and $1.19 and revenue of between $659 million and $664 million. Analysts polled by LSEG expected earnings of $1.21 per share and $662 million in revenue for the first quarter. Asana \u2014 Shares of the enterprise work management software platform dropped more than 1% after the company issued disappointing guidance. Asana, which beat fourth-quarter expectations on top and bottom lines, said it expects first-quarter revenue to come out between $202.5 million and $204.5 million, while analysts polled by LSEG expected $204 million. The company also guided full-year revenues between $850 million and $858 million, compared to the estimated $857 million. Plug Power \u2014 Plug Power reported strong sales in its fourth quarter, leading shares to jump more than 7%. Plug Power posted an adjusted loss of 6 cents per share for the period, better than the 10 cents per share loss analysts polled by LSEG were calling for. The company&#8217;s revenue of $225 million was also higher than the $218 million expected. AST SpaceMobile \u2014 Shares of the satellite designer dipped roughly 2% after the company&#8217;s fourth-quarter posted a wider loss compared to the year-ago period. AST SpaceMobile&#8217;s fourth-quarter revenue of $54.3 million beat analysts&#8217; estimate of $41.8 million, meanwhile, according to FactSet. Credo Technology \u2014 The stock dropped 5% in the after-hours session after the company&#8217;s non-GAAP gross margin forecast for its fourth quarter ranged from 64% to 66%, versus the LSEG consensus estimate of 65.1%. Credo, a provider of Ethernet connectivity solutions, beat analysts&#8217; earnings and revenue estimates for its third quarter. Dave \u2014 The fintech company&#8217;s shares popped 8% after Dave provided strong full-year guidance. Dave said it expects adjusted EBITDA \u2014 earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization \u2014 to come out between $290 million and $305 million, higher than the estimate of $252.7 million from analysts polled by FactSet. Dave also guided its full-year revenue to between $690 million and $710 million, which is significantly higher than analysts&#8217; forecast of $637.6 million, per FactSet. Tidewater \u2013 Shares advanced 5%. Tidewater, which provides offshore service vessels to the energy industry, raised its guidance for the full year . The company is calling for revenue to range from $1.43 billion to $1.48 billion, accounting for its acquisition of Wilson Sons Ultratug Offshore. That&#8217;s up from its previous range of $1.32 billion to $1.37 billion. The outlook also beat the FactSet consensus call for $1.36 billion. Archer Aviation \u2013 The developer of\u00a0electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft saw shares drop 4%. Archer is calling for an adjusted loss before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization ranging from $160 million to $180 million in the first quarter.
