Walt Disney \u2014 The entertainment stock rose 2% after being upgraded to buy from hold at Jefferies. The investment firm said Disney&#8217;s parks business is holding up well and that the cruise revenue could jump in 2026 when two new ships are launched. Tesla \u2014 Shares fell about 1% as President Donald Trump&#8217;s spending bill cleared a key hurdle over the weekend to move closer to the president&#8217;s desk.
