Loads of companies want to help you mark your special day with free food, vouchers and more.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Of course you will have to sign up to a few emails, letters or loyalty schemes. We always recommend setting up a specific \u2018freebie email\u2019 address so that you can pick and choose when to read them and not have your main inbox overloaded. And of course, you can unsubscribe at any time.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s a great way to get a little extra treat or a much needed pick me up if you feel those years are flying by just a little bit too quickly!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
