Constellation Brands \u2014 The booze stock jumped 4.4% after Warren Buffett&#8217;s Berkshire Hathaway revealed it took a position worth $1.2 billion in the fourth quarter. Since the stake is relatively small for the conglomerate, it could be bought by Buffett&#8217;s investing manager Ted Weschler and Todd Combs. Intel \u2014 The chipmaker soared 10% after The Wall Street Journal reported on Saturday that rivals Broadcom and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing are exploring potential deals that could split the company up. All the talks are still in the preliminary stages, and Broadcom and Taiwan Semiconductor are not working together, the Journal said, citing people familiar with the matter. General Mills \u2014 The food manufacturing company shed 3% after its presentation at the Consumer Analyst Group of New York, or CAGNY. The company said it has made progress in improving its competitiveness for fiscal 2025, although at a slower pace than initially expected. Fluor \u2014 Shares plummeted 9% after the engineering firm reported disappointing fourth-quarter results and issued weak full-year earnings guidance. Fluor posted fourth-quarter adjusted earnings of 48 cents per share on $4.26 billion in revenue, while analysts polled by FactSet expected 78 cents in earnings per share and revenue of $4.42 billion. Walgreens Boots Alliance \u2014 The drugstore chain surged 11.9% after CNBC&#8217;s David Faber said the prospect buyout deal between Walgreens and private equity firm Sycamore Partners was showing signs of life. Nike \u2014 The athletic apparel and footwear company popped 4.5% after announcing a new brand in partnership with Kim Kardashian&#8217;s Skims shapewear company. The new brand, NikeSKIMS, will offer athletic-focused training apparel, footwear and accessories and will debut its first collection in the U.S. this spring. Medtronic \u2014 Shares slid 6.8% after the medical device supplier posted mixed quarterly results. Medtronic posted adjusted earnings of $1.39 per share on revenue of $8.29 billion for the fiscal third quarter, while analysts polled by FactSet called for earnings of $1.36 per share, excluding items, on revenue of $8.33 billion. Snowflake \u2014 Shares rose 2.5% after a Wolfe Research upgrade to outperform from peer perform. Wolfe cited better consumption trends as a catalyst and anticipates that the data analytics software maker will report &#8220;solid&#8221; fourth-quarter results next week. Bath &amp; Body Works \u2014 The cosmetics and candles maker rallied 9% after JPMorgan upgraded shares to overweight from neutral. Analyst Matthew Boss cited expanding operating margins and high potential for shareholder returns. Venture Global \u2014 Shares of the liquified natural gas provider, which went public late last month, popped 8% on the back of multiple Wall Street initiations. Goldman Sachs and Bank of America both opened coverage with buy ratings, while JPMorgan selected an overweight rating. RBC Capital Markets and Mizuho both have outperform ratings. Altice USA \u2014 The telecommunications stock added 2% following an upgrade to outperform from market perform at Raymond James. Analyst Frank Louthan believes the company will begin posting positive results from management&#8217;s operation changes within the next year and a half. Moderna \u2014 Shares rallied 7%, building on their 3% gain from Friday following Moderna&#8217;s fourth-quarter earnings results. The stock rose during Monday&#8217;s session despite a downgrade to equal weight from overweight earlier in the morning. Conagra Brands \u2014 The Slim Jim parent lost more than 5% after the company lowered its 2025 earnings guidance.
